"We are going along the path of economic diversification." Gevorg Papoyan to the diplomat of Ukraine
On June 18, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan received Valery Lobach, Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in the Republic of Armenia.
Several issues related to the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries and the increase in the volume of trade turnover were discussed.
"We are following the path of economic diversification, developing relations with different countries, and, of course, maintaining relations with traditional partners," said Gevorg Papoyan.
During the meeting, a number of areas of mutual interest and prospects for cooperation were discussed, particularly issues related to industry, agriculture, trade, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, healthcare, energy, and other fields.
The minister also presented the importance of the RA government's "Crossroads of Peace" project in establishing peace and creating trade and economic opportunities for the countries of the region.
