The 10th World Water Forum was held in Indonesia

The 10th World Water Forum was held in Indonesia from May 18 to 25. Armenia's delegation, led by Deputy Minister of Environment Tigran Gabrielyan, participated.

About 20,000 delegates from 160 countries participated in the forum.

Deputy Minister Tigran Gabrielyan participated in the ministerial meeting held from May 19 to 21 within the forum's framework and made a speech.
The deputy minister presented the measures implemented by the Republic of Armenia to reduce the vulnerability of water resources due to climate change. These measures aim to protect, effectively manage, and restore water resources.

The deputy minister emphasized the participation of various political, economic, and scientific representatives in the forum, which aimed to identify and solve the urgent challenges that threaten the management of the water sector.

Within the framework of the meeting, the ministerial declaration entitled "Water for Common Prosperity" was adopted.
