The parties have expressed readiness to continue cooperation in the field of human rights

On April 17, Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan received Sarah Fort, the Director of the Danish Human Rights Institute's Human Rights, Neighboring Countries, and Asia Department, and Paul Dalton, the Department's General Counsel.

Welcoming the guests, the Defender referred to the existing problems in human rights education, socio-economic rights, protection of rights within criminal proceedings, equality, prohibition of discrimination, and several issues related to tolerance.

Anahit Manasyan emphasized the need to organize the work by implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their willingness to continue and further develop cooperation in human rights protection.
