The issue related to the management of water resources on the example of the French model was discussed
Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan paid an official visit to the Republic of France at the invitation of the French Development Agency.
Within the framework of the visit, meetings were held with the head of the European and International Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Frederic Lambert, and Pauline Mouyon, responsible for the cooperation program in the field of agriculture, Chantal Aimeud, the mayor of Embrun and the vice president of the Sud region, Sandra Kasab, the deputy director of Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia of the FFG, the Chamber of Agriculture and PACA (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur), SAFER organization representatives, and other sector officials.
Several issues related to the development of the agricultural sector, the institutional and integrated management of water resources based on the French model, and the management of agricultural lands were discussed. During the meetings, new agreements were reached regarding further cooperation.
The delegation also included RA Deputy Minister of Environment Tigran Gabrielyan, Chairman of the Water Committee Vahagn Gevorgyan, and representatives of other state departments.
