The RA Foreign Ministry called the massacre of Armenians in Maragha another episode of the ethnic cleansing policy

The RA MFA wrote on the X page:
"On this day 32 years ago, the massacres of Armenians in Maragha, Nagorno-Karabakh, were another episode of the Azerbaijani ethnic cleansing policy. More than 50 civilians were brutally killed, as many were captured, and around 5,000 residents were forcibly displaced.
It is documented in the reports of human rights organizations. We pay tribute to the memory of the innocent victims and emphasize the imperative to prevent such policies."
