The RA government reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's delegation visited Saint Gregory the Illuminator Church in Cairo.
The leader of the Armenian Diocese of Egypt welcomed the Prime Minister—Bishop Ashot Mnatsakanyan, and the leader of the Armenian Catholic Church in Egypt, Most Reverend Grigor Augustinos Gusan. The Prime Minister lit a candle and laid flowers at the khachkar commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
Next, the Prime Minister had a short meeting with a group of representatives of the Armenian community in Egypt in the prefectural hall to answer their various questions. The Prime Minister referred to the results of the meetings with Egypt's top leadership, the RA government's "Crossroads of Peace" project, Armenia-Diaspora relations, and other topics.
