"Georgia was not going to sit and watch how we develop." Khachatur Sukiasyan

Khachatur Sukiasyan, deputy of the KP faction of the National Assembly, referred to the legislative initiative regulating the IT sector.

During the parliamentary hearings, Sukiasyan reminded the audience that Russian resettlers came to Armenia. According to the deputy, it is important for the specialist to be in Armenia, generate ideas, and pay taxes. "Today, we should only work with highly qualified specialists. We have two options: either we train that specialist or give them a competitive platform, give them the opportunity to move to Armenia," he said.

According to him, all countries are now thinking about how to create a platform for qualified specialists to move to them, "Of course, Georgia would not sit and watch how we develop. They should have created their own platform. It's not that they took a step against us, but they wanted to provide better conditions for those people to go and work in Georgia."
