Today, the RA Foreign Ministry sent a letter of protest to its Russian partners regarding the ongoing violations of the agreement between RA and Russia in media communication. RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan announced this in the National Assembly, answering that insulting expressions against Armenia have recently increased on the Russian state TV channel, even though the agreement prohibits it.
"I have also sent a letter to my Russian counterpart, suggesting immediate consultations in Yerevan or Moscow," he said.
Hayrapetyan added that the existing interstate agreement between RA and RF. Most likely, it needs to be revised or edited.
