A year ago, Kristina Kvien, the US Ambassador to Armenia, arrived in Armenia and started her tenure as the US Ambassador to Armenia. The Embassy of Armenia in the USA published a video on this occasion.
It is noted that the year was full of challenges, but stronger ties, the formation of new partnerships, and progress toward common democratic values also marked it.
The video summarizes the ambassador's thoughts and reflections about the memorable moments experienced in Armenia so far, the solid Armenian-American interaction, and the hopes of achieving lasting peace.
"The United States stands by Armenia as a partner and friend. My day-to-day work is aimed at helping Armenia prosper as a strong and independent member of the world's community of democracies," Kvien said.
