The Chief of Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, and Police Major General Aram Hovhannisyan had a meeting with the Executive Director of Europol, Mrs. Catherine De Bolle.
During the meeting, the implementation of the provisions of the working agreement signed between the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police and Europol, joining the SIENA system of Europol, and other issues of common interest were discussed.
The RA delegation also met with the Executive Director of CEPOL, Mrs. Montserrat Marin Lopez. Subject discussions were held regarding the needs of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police and the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs educational complex. Mrs. Marin Lopez expressed her willingness to support the solution to the presented problems.
A bilateral meeting was also held between the RA delegation and the deputy police chief of Cyprus. The possibility of signing a cooperation agreement between the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs educational complex and the Cyprus Police Academy was discussed.
During the meeting with the rector of the Stefan Cel Mare Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, it was decided to review the existing contract to establish new ways and forms of cooperation.
