Nikol Pashinyan welcomed the holding of the Global Forum of Young MPs of the Central Committee of the Republic of Armenia in Yerevan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the General Secretary of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Martin Chungong.
The Prime Minister emphasized cooperation with the Inter-Parliamentary Union and noted that it is a good platform for developing the inter-parliamentary dialogue with partners from different countries. Nikol Pashinyan welcomed the holding of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Global Forum of Young Deputies in Yerevan, which is scheduled for September this year.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to security and stability in the South Caucasus. In that context, the Prime Minister referred to the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process and the possibilities of unblocking regional infrastructure and emphasized Armenia's critical approaches and principles on these issues.
Thoughts were exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
