"Dear compatriots,
Dear representatives of the armed forces,
I congratulate all of us on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the formation of our army.
The Armenian Army is one of the essential achievements of the Republic of Armenia and one of the main guarantors of the independence and security of the homeland.
Protection of the rights of every representative of the armed forces is one of the primary directions of my work.
In that context, I regularly visit military units and other military institutions and meet with service members to develop more effective structures to protect their rights. Based on the system's problems, solution proposals are developed and presented to the competent state bodies.
I want to emphasize that the protection of human rights and rights-based ideas is of exceptional importance from the point of view of the armed forces.
I am convinced that, like any system, the armed forces can function properly and efficiently based solely on the principle of the rule of law.
Congratulating once again on the occasion of the holiday, I wish the representatives of the armed forces an excellent and peaceful service," said Anahit Manasyan's message.
