On January 23, during his official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan visited the "Defenders of the Fatherland" memorial complex, laid a wreath, and bowed flowers at the Unquenchable Flame.
Suren Papikyan also visited the National Defense University of Kazakhstan, made a tour, and got acquainted with several educational programs.
