RA will present its arguments about the groundlessness of Azerbaijan's legal claims

Today, the delegation led by the representative of International Practical Affairs participated in the meeting on procedural issues held at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, within the framework of the arbitration initiated by Azerbaijan on February 27, 2023, under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT).
The Republic of Armenia expects the finalization of the arbitration proceedings' procedural rules, as well as prepares to present its arguments and evidence about the groundlessness of Azerbaijan's legal claims at the appropriate stage of the arbitration proceedings.
