The Ambassador of France, Olivier DeCotigny, congratulated in Armenian on Armenian Christmas Eve.
"Merry Christmas! My thoughts are especially with the refugees of Nagorno-Karabakh, expelled from their land, who are celebrating this holiday far from their homes this evening," wrote Olivier D'Cotigny on his X page.
