As a result of the shelling in Belgorod, the number of victims has reached 22; 109 people were injured. The governor of Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced this on the Telegram channel.
The head of the region specified that 30 apartment buildings, 381 apartments, several private houses, and many cars were damaged.
Maria Zakharova, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that Britain, an arms supplier to Ukraine, was behind the Belgorod terror attack.
Russia appealed to the UN Security Council.
