"We have had to say several times that most of the work has been done; if we are talking about the contract and now we need to meet and come to agreements, we need to come to final formulations on the essential issue," he said.
Mirzoyan noted the format of the negotiations. "If we look very carefully at the issue of these formats, our last two-year, three-year negotiations were bilateral; at least that's what we declared, facilitated by international actors. We believe that this is how it should continue. To some extent, they have already shown their effectiveness."
According to the Foreign Minister, most of the work has been done. "If we return and continue with the same accepted mechanisms, we will be able to achieve a quick result. The missing component, or the component that we would like to see and which will come to complete this whole chain and bring it to a logical conclusion, is the political will of the leadership of Azerbaijan, which must be manifested or not manifested now. I hope it will show."
