USAID will help 750 Armenian companies to increase sales volumes

Recently, the United States Agency for International Development officially launched the "Economic Foundations for a Resilient Armenia" program, a 25 million-dollar budget.

The program's primary goal is to strengthen Armenia's economic resilience and promote competitiveness and economic governance through close cooperation with the government and the private sector.

"The US government, through the US Agency for International Development, is committed to supporting Armenia's economic growth. This includes partnering with the private sector to attract investment, technology, and knowledge, improving the business environment, creating an enabling environment for investment, and developing economic development policies," USAID Armenia Mission Director John Allelo said in his speech at the event.

This five-year program aims to mobilize 60 million dollars of investments through the "Investment Mobilization Platform" and help 750 companies increase their sales volumes. In addition, the program will contribute to improving the business and investment environment by supporting the development of critical legal documents.
