NA KP faction deputy Andranik Kocharyan drew attention to the money allocated to the defense sector. According to him, the main idea put into the content of weapons is that they must be new in addition to being defensive.
"Armenia will never acquire used defensive weapons. We will steadily implement that task", said Kocharyan.
