At the beginning of November, the International Committee of the Red Cross visited some Armenians arrested by the Azeri authorities. Zara Amatuni, head of ICRC delegation communication in Armenia, said this in an interview with Radar Armenia.

It should be noted that in October, the ICRC in Baku visited the former leaders of the NK and other detained persons.
