Ambassador Ter-Stepanyan was an outstanding diplomat who significantly contributed to establishing the diplomatic service system of Armenia, proudly representing our country on various international platforms.
Christian Ter-Stepanyan devoted the last years of his life to promoting UNESCO's fundamental values and principles and strengthening Armenia's cooperation with the organization.
As the personal representative of the RA Prime Minister in the International Organization of La Francophonie, Ambassador Ter-Stepanyan played an invaluable role in developing relations between La Francophonie, Armenia, and its member states.
Christian Ter-Stepanyan's thirty-year career has been marked by dedication, professionalism, and tireless work to serve Armenia and promote national priorities and international cooperation. He will be remembered by the diplomatic community as a good friend and a wonderful person to many diplomats here today. My deepest condolences to the Ambassador's family, relatives, and all those who mourn his passing."
