Violation of deadlines entails sanctions. A. Kocharyan on the supply of weapons from Russia

Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs of the National Assembly, referred to Russia's $400 million arms supply deal.
Kocharyan said that Armenia is waiting for the supply of weapons from Russia, the amount of which has already been paid. "Any contract provides deadlines and sanctions in case of violating these deadlines."
