Within the scope of his working visit to France, RA Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan had meetings with the Chairman of the National Defense and Armed Forces Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of France, Thomas Gasiou, and the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Jean-Louis Bourlange.
Issues related to Armenian-French bilateral defense cooperation and regional security were discussed. The Minister of Defense thanked the French parliamentarians for supporting the development of cooperation and carrying out pro-Armenian activities on the national and European platforms.
During the day, Minister Papikyan visited "Les Invalides" (Les Invalides) rehabilitation and veterans support center and got acquainted with the center's activities.
