The teams of North Macedonia and France are in Armenia within the "HOPE 2023" training framework.
The teams of France and North Macedonia arrived in Armenia as part of the training. The rescue service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this.
It should be noted that on October 9, the large-scale international command and staff exercise (HOPE FSX 2023) implemented within the framework of the program "Comprehensive management of earthquakes in vulnerable areas of the South Caucasus through effective planning, response, and joint operations" started in Yerevan.
Employees of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, RA state structures, private organizations, members of the Armenian Red Cross, "Lore" volunteer search and rescue team, international humanitarian organizations, and partner countries of the project consortium - Georgia, Cyprus, Greece, France, Montenegro, and North Macedonia - participate in the exercise: multi-member international search and rescue teams, observers, international experts, and an assessment group. The large-scale "HOPE 2023" movement is unprecedented in nature and scope and takes place entirely in Armenia.
