The Japanese government will allocate 2 million dollars to help refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the press release of the Japanese Foreign Ministry, the funds will be transferred through the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
