"On October 2, around 2:25 p.m., units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from small arms at a vehicle carrying food for the personnel of the Armenian positions located in the Kut area.
The Ministry of Defense will issue an additional statement," said the RA Ministry of Defense statement.
