Suren Papikyan did not participate in the session of the CIS defense ministers in Tula

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has spread information that the delegation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia is also participating in the session of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS countries in Tula.
In response to Radar Armenia's question whether RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan is also participating in the session, RA Defense Ministry spokesman Aram Torosyan said, "Defense Minister Suren Papikyan did not go to Tula and did not participate in the Council of Defense Ministers session of the CIS countries."
