France's urgent medical aid will reach Armenia today

Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan met with the Ambassador of France to the Republic of Armenia, Olivier Decotiny.

The ambassador noted that the 5 tons of medical aid include medical equipment and medicines for the treatment of those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh who received severe injuries.

The issue of transferring several patients with burns to specialized medical centers in France is also being discussed.

"The operative response of the Republic of France speaks of warm Armenian-French relations. Our long-term cooperation will contribute to both the solution of the urgent needs of our compatriots forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and their further integration."

The help will be provided to the "National Center of Dermatology and Dermatology" of the Ministry of Health and one of the medical organizations of Goris.
