Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan announced: "Many people are still in Stepanakert because they have no car."
According to him, 35 buses with a large capacity are mobilized in Goris, "We will support those people by providing an appropriate bus. There is already an agreement with Russian peacekeepers who will accompany the buses."
