France will open a consulate in Syunik. French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna stated this at the NA session regarding whether France will help Armenia with specific funds.
"We have deepened cooperation with Armenia in the field of defense. There will be a military attaché at the French embassy. "We will soon open a consular center in the Syunik region near the border," Colonna said.
