Anahit Manasyan met with forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh during the night
Human rights defender Anahit Manasyan continued to hold meetings with forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh in the Goris community during the night.
At this moment, the Ombudsman is also in the Syunik region with the representatives of the staff. Fact-finding works are carried out on the spot; detailed information is collected.
Yesterday, the Ombudsman visited the Humanitarian station based in the field part of the Kornidzor settlement of the Tegh community. Anahit Manasyan, together with the head of the Armenian office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Kavita Belani, observed the needs assessment process and talked with the staff, including medical workers.
The fact-finding work regarding the forcibly displaced persons is ongoing.
