Nikol Pashinyan made a speech.
"Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh are still facing the danger of ethnic cleansing. In recent days, humanitarian goods have entered Nagorno-Karabakh, but this does not change the situation.
"If real conditions for the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh to live in their homes and effective mechanisms of protection from ethnic cleansing are not created, the possibility that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh will see removal from their homeland increases too much," said the Prime Minister.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, the responsibility for such a development of events will fall entirely on the Russian peacekeeping troops in Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, which have adopted a policy of ethnic cleansing.
"If the efforts do not give concrete results, the government of Nagorno-Karabakh will accept our brothers and sisters in Armenia with all care," said Nikol Pashinyan.
