Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the spokesperson of the RA Prime Minister, wrote on his Facebook page:
"Hybrid wars have clear genre rules: information attacks, misleading the public with various tricks, and the circulation of false theses.
Blatant falsehoods are thrown into the information field to manipulate, divide, and polarize. "Unfortunately, many people become victims of the agency network and the anti-state propaganda machine," he said.
