A little while ago, the representative of International Legal Affairs appealed to the European Court of Human Rights today to apply an interim measure to prevent the irreversible loss of the rights of the civilian population as a result of the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the people of Nagorno Karabakh.
In particular, the armed forces demanded that Azerbaijan stop targeting all civilian objects, settlements, and populations.
