In connection with the call to forcibly overthrow the constitutional order in RA, the second criminal proceeding was initiated
A text with the following content was posted and published on the user's page, which goes by "Khachik Hakobyan" on the "Facebook" social network. "If the battles continue in the same way today and there is no order to breach Lachin, these treacherous bastards will have to be removed by a military coup."
Bearing in mind that the publication contains features of a crime, in the investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee of Yerevan, under Article 422, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (public calls aimed at usurping power, violating territorial integrity, renouncing sovereignty, or subverting the constitutional order by force), which were made using publicly displayed works or mass media or information or communication technologies), criminal proceedings have been initiated. A preliminary investigation is being carried out.
The RA Investigative Committee once again calls on the national population to demonstrate civil behavior, not to carry out actions aimed at disrupting public life, undermining internal security, and, against the constitutional order, appeals to resort to such measures.
The RA Investigative Committee will pursue with the full scope of its powers to give a proportionate criminal legal assessment to such criminal acts and bring those who commit them to criminal responsibility.
