The wind is south-westerly at 2-4 m/s; during a thunderstorm, wind intensification at the speed of 17-20 m/s is expected. In the afternoon of September 18, the air temperature will decrease by 2-3 degrees in Syunik and Nagorno-Karabakh by 7-8 degrees, and then it will gradually rise by the same amount.
