The RA Ministry of Defense has issued a message that explicitly states:

"The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, regularly spreading disinformation on August 31 and thus creating an informational basis for another provocation, on September 1, starting at 07:50, opened intense fire at the Armenian positions in the Sotk area.

The Ministry of Defense will make an additional statement regarding the development of the situation."
