Suren Papikyan received the delegation of the National Defense College of India
On August 30, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan received the delegation of the National Defense College of India, which visited the Republic of Armenia.
The delegation was also accompanied by Nilakshi Saha Sinha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to RA.
The Defense Minister welcomed Lieutenant General Sukriti Singh Dahiya, Commandant of the National Defense College of India, and the audience representing India and other partner countries. Suren Papikyan highly appreciated the initiative of visiting Armenia, considering the current development course of Armenian-Indian relations in defense.
During the meeting, the Minister of Defense presented the reforms launched in the army and the progress and prospects of Armenian-Indian cooperation in the defense field, as well as answered the questions of the defense college delegation related to the areas mentioned above and regional security.
