The Armed Forces of Azerbaijan opened fire toward the Armenian positions in Upper Shorzha.

The RA Ministry of Defense reports: "On August 23, between 01:05 and 02:00, the units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan opened fire from small arms in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the Upper Shorzha sector."
