The ECHR received information from Baku about Rashid Beglaryan, who came under the control of Azerbaijan. Radar Armenia learned this from Hasmik Samvelyan, spokesperson for the International Legal Affairs Representative.
"The information was passed on to the relatives," said Samvelyan.
