On the evening of July 28, the newly appointed Ambassador of France to Armenia, Olivier Decotigny, paid his respects at the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex. The newly appointed ambassador noted this in his Twitter microblog in Armenian.
"I paid my respects at the Armenian Genocide Memorial this evening," he wrote.
