On July 12 of this year, the European Court of Human Rights, after examining the request of the RA government to apply interim measures to Azerbaijan in relation to unblocking the Lachin Corridor, decided to reaffirm its decision made on December 21, 2022, that is, to oblige Azerbaijan to take all necessary and sufficient measures. to ensure the movement of seriously ill persons in need of medical care in Armenia through the "Lachin Corridor", as well as the safe movement of people left homeless on the way or in need of livelihood.
With this decision, the European Court of Human Rights actually reaffirmed the need to implement its decision of December 21, 2022 under the current situation, and it must be implemented by Azerbaijan.
