The Office of the Representative on International Legal Affairs informs that on July 6, 2023, the International Court of Justice made a decision to supplement its February 22, 2023 decision to apply an interim measure in the case of Armenia v. Azerbaijan under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. regarding the request, which was conditioned by the fact that Azerbaijan had installed a checkpoint in the Lachin Corridor.
The court reaffirmed its decision of February 22, 2023, by which it obliged Azerbaijan to take all measures to guarantee the uninterrupted movement of citizens, vehicles, and cargo in both directions through the Lachin Corridor, found that at the moment, there is no its decision of February 22, 2023, the need to fill.
