HRD has transferred information about 2 Armenian servicemen abducted from RA to international structures
RA HRD Anahit Manasyan referred to the court session of 2 Armenian soldiers kidnapped from Armenia, which started in Azerbaijan.
"We talked to the relatives, got an approximate idea of the possible phone conversations they had with each other before that, and sent the information received from the citizen with legal wording, translated into English, to the international structures," Manasyan said.
RA HRD also emphasized that this topic is constantly raised during contact with all international partners, "In this case, we are dealing with persons who have the status of captives from the point of view of international humanitarian law, and the guarantees should be extended to them, which it is now very controversial to say whether they are extended or not. And in this regard, it is clear that, yes, steps must be taken."
