Students representing Armenia in the International Applied Biology Olympiad won 4 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
The International Applied Biology Olympiad was held on June 25-28 in Indonesia. All seven schoolchildren representing Armenia passed the semi-final stage and recorded the following results in the final stage.
Tatev Simonyan: Quantum College, gold medal, the biggest prize of the Olympiad (Grand award),
Hakob Perikhanyan: A. Physmath School named after Shahinyan, gold medal, Special prize for the biological concept,
Khosrov Tsakanyan: Quantum College, gold medal,
Ani Israelyan, Armavir School No. 1, gold medal.
Lena Manukyan, Heratsi High School, silver medal.
Kamuni Abrahamyan: Quantum College, bronze medal,
Mariam Dokhoyan, Heratsi High School, bronze medal.
