The delegation of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority, led by Sona Tsarukyan, deputy head of the Food Safety Authority, is in the Russian Federation to get acquainted with Rosselkhoznadzor's quarantine phytosanitary control and quality and safety control of grain, laboratory control systems for the use of pesticides in the production of agricultural products, etc.
The Ministry of Education and Culture representatives visited various organizations and laboratories under Rosselkhoznadzor, where compliance of grain and processed grain products with import requirements is assessed. The entire process of Russian grain export was presented, considering that Armenia has strict requirements for imported food grain.
Armenian specialists will also get acquainted with the results of the Russian FGIS "Argus-Fito," FGIS "Argus-Laboratoriya," FGIS "Argus-Obezzarazhivanie," FGIS "Saturn," as well as FGIS "VetIS" systems and Rosselkhoznadzor artificial intelligence models.
On the final day of the visit, negotiations between RA and RF partners are planned in Moscow.
