Fresh provocation by Azerbaijan. this was in the context of the Hague Court decision

Edmon Marukyan, an ambassador with special assignments of the RA, wrote on his Twitter page:
"A new provocation by Azerbaijan. Yesterday, the Azerbaijani armed forces installed a concrete barrier to close the Lachin Corridor, which connects Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia and is the lifeline of 120,000 people, including 30,000 children.
This was in the context of a Hague court order in addition to setting up an illegal blockade and bringing in armored vehicles. Azerbaijan's policy of ethnic cleansing is a daily process, and these gross violations of human rights continue."
