Krisp co-founder Artavazd Minasyan and WEB company co-founder Albert Toneyan have become independent members of the board of directors of Team Telecom Armenia. Experienced specialists who have implemented successful projects in the IT and telecom sectors will participate in developing the company's strategic projects and corporate management.
Alexander Yesayan heads the board of directors of Team Telecom Armenia, members are Hayk Yesayan and Aram Barseghyan, and independent members are Albert Toneyan and Artavazd Minasyan.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Team Telecom Armenia, Alexander Yesayan, emphasizing the involvement of independent members in this symbolic phase for the company, noted that this is a step towards a transparent way of working and multi-layered consideration of strategic plans.
"I am glad that our team is filled with specialists who have the experience of implementing and succeeding in large-scale projects in the international and local markets. As a result of our joint work, we can create a complete ecosystem with the combination of telecom and IT sectors, which will meet the demands of the modern consumer.
"The company is strategically important for developing Armenia's economy and creating important infrastructures. I am sure that with my participation, I will become a bridge between the Team and the Badzr technology community", said Artavazd Minasyan.
Speaking about his motivation for joining the board, Albert Toneyan said he wants to bring his long-term experience in the telecom sector and bold ideas to the Team to set new benchmarks and achieve great results.
Artavazd Minasyan is a Ph.D., co-founder of Krisp and 10WEB companies, and managing partner of the BigStory venture fund. He raised $32 million in capital. Minasyan also carries out active public activities: he is a member of the board of trustees of the АТЗМ and Айб foundations.
Albert Toneyan is a candidate for physical and mathematical sciences. He is the co-founder and director of WEB, one of the first Internet service providers in Armenia, the vice president of the ".hay" and ".am" domain registry "Internet Community" NGO, the president of the ArmIX Foundation and a member of the "Armenian Internet Management Commission."
