On June 13, 2023, were at 6:30 p.m., from the enemy's combat positions, with the motive of hatred, intolerance or hostility based on racial, national, or ethnic origin, in a manner dangerous to the lives of many, to unlawfully deprive one or more persons of their lives, damage or destroy property intentionally, shots were fired in the direction of the newly built factory, which is a civilian facility, in the Yeraskh settlement of Ararat community, Ararat marz. As a result, the "VAZ 2106" car parked at the factory was damaged, and it was possible to avoid loss of life because there were no random persons in the area of the shooting direction.

In the Eighth Garrison Investigative Department of the Military Investigative General Department of the RA Investigative Committee, criminal proceedings have been initiated by Article 44-155, Part 2, Clauses 7 and 15, Article 264, Part 2, Clause 4 of the RA Criminal Code. :

During the preliminary investigation, an inspection of the incident site was carried out, during which traces of shots fired from a large-caliber firearm were found on the exterior of a "Kamaz" car parked on the construction site of the newly built Armenian-American metallurgical factory in Yeraskh settlement, in the area of the administrative building, in the construction site. . A "VAZ 2106" car belonging to an employee of the same factory was also found in the parking lot of the same factory with a damaged rear window. The damaged movable property did not have any military significance.

An object resembling a bullet fired from a large-caliber firearm was found and taken during the inspection.

A number of persons were interrogated. Decisions were made to appoint complex forensic, forensic and forensic examinations.
