"Relations between Armenia and Norway will continue to develop and expand." Khachaturian

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to King Harald the Fifth of Norway on the occasion of the national holiday of the Kingdom of Norway, Constitution Day.
President Khachaturyan's address states explicitly:
"I sincerely hope that the friendly relations between Armenia and Norway based on mutual respect and trust will continue to develop and expand for the benefit of our peoples."
